Additionally, unlike most law firms that bill by the hour, we bill in flat fees in order to provide our clients with the most efficient, least expensive possible. In order for this model to be effective, we require payment of the flat fees prior to starting any work on the cases that we accept.
Our practice model also relies on online tools for communication, case management and preparation to provide the most efficient, best representation possible. While we understand that everyone is not comfortable using technology, it is a requirement for our clients.
