We believe that clients should pay for the value of the services received and should pay one fee for their legal work. Clients should know exactly how much they are paying and can be comfortable knowing that their legal matter can be handled for that fee. We do not believe that clients should be charged an hourly rate, excluding litigation. This approach allows us to charge a flat fee for our services.
We believe that when an attorney focuses their time and attention on one client at a time, they can provide the best level of service. To ensure that client's specific issues and concerns are addressed, all attorney appointments are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the Attorney to prepare, focus and connect with a client during their appointment time.
We believe in utilizing technology because we respect the environment. We are committed to being a paperless office and reduce the use of paper in an effort to save trees. We only print paperwork when it is absolutely necessary to print. We also maintain electronic practice management and document management software.
